Governance at SES centres on clarity, responsibility, and continual improvement. Our Board oversees risk, ethics, and compliance. Management implements policies, delivers training, and reports outcomes. This page will expand as additional policies and procedures are published.

Whistleblowing

Speak up safely. We are establishing a confidential channel for reporting concerns about wrongdoing, misconduct, or breaches of policy. Reports will be handled sensitively and, where permitted by law, may be made anonymously. We will publish the contact details here once available.

Board Oversight
Our Board provides oversight of ethics and compliance. It reviews key risks and policies, receives regular reports on training and incidents, and monitors progress against governance objectives. Responsibility may be delegated to a committee that reports to the Board at defined intervals.
Compliance Training

We provide role-appropriate compliance training to employees. Core modules include code of conduct, anti-bribery and corruption, data protection, health and safety, and information security.
